Muswellbrook Shire Council is calling for nominations for its annual sustainability awards, with entries now open across two categories.
The Sustainable Community Group Award is open to not-for-profit organisations, while the Sustainability Business Award is available to businesses registered with an ABN. The winner of each category will receive a $250 We Live Here card.
Mayor Jeff Drayton is encouraging residents to think about the organisations and businesses in their community deserving of recognition.

“If you know any of those businesses or not-for-profits that fit that category, make sure you nominate them,” he said.
Nominations can be submitted through the Muswellbrook Shire Council website.
