A man, who escaped from Muswellbrook Local Court was found by police having a shower in a nearby hotel.
47-year-old Matthew Campbell from Scone was arrested early yesterday morning over a series of break-in’s on local businesses in the town over the last several weeks.
He fled the court shortly after being refused bail by Magistrate Kevin Hockey.

Chief Inspector Guy Gianna told the Hunter Valley Newsroom, he was cornered inside the Royal Hotel after the area was swamped with police.
