B-Doubles collide at Singleton intersection

A lucky escape for the drivers of two trucks who collided in Singleton overnight.

Emergency first responders called to the Golden Highway and Range Road intersection just after 6 pm.

They arrived to find two B-Doubles had come to grief but the drivers were both out of the trucks and were not injured.

Fire crews from Singleton and Branxton worked to contain a fuel spill from one of the heavy vehicles.

Both trucks were not carrying any goods at the time of the crash.

The intersection is reopened to traffic this morning.
