Upper Hunter to heat up by the end of this week

Spring may have only just started but we’re being warned it will feel like Summer in the Upper Hunter by the weekend.

According to the Bureau of Meteorology, we can expect the gauge to reach 30 on Friday and a top temp of 34 degrees by Sunday.

Duty Forecaster Jiwon Park said it will stay that way at least until mid-next week.
