Regional art gallery cafe still vacant over a year on from closure

There is still no tenant for the Muswellbrook Regional Art Gallery Café more than a year after it was closed down by the council.

The decision prompted by concerns over racking up a growing debt for local ratepayers.

Muswellbrook Shire Council General Manager Derek Finnigan said they are still trying despite several calls for expressions of interest failing to find a suitable business for the space.
