A call has been made by the nurses union for the Hunter New England Local Health District to urgently do something about security at Muswellbrook Hospital.
Multiple vehicles have had their fuel lines cut on four separate occasions in the last two weeks while staff worked the night shift.
Maria from the Nurses and Midwives Association said staff are genuinely scared to leave the building at the end of their shift.
