Muswellbrook fire lights up the night sky

A grass fire lit up the sky overnight in Muswellbrook.

Firefighters called to the blaze up at The Common off Coal Road last night.

A number of photos posted up on social media showed large flames and smoke in the area.

The RFS currently lists the fire as Under Control with no properties under threat.
