A man, accused of shooting another in Muswellbrook over a so-called drug debt, is set to face a trial in Newcastle District Court.
20 year old Dallas Kimber is accused of shooting a 31 year old associate in the chest with a shotgun on Anzac Parade on June 27 last year.
The victim has since recovered after being rushed to John Hunter Hospital.

Kimber has pleaded not guilty and will reappear in court next month to find out when his trial will start.
