A housing industry peak body said it’s too early to say if the Upper Hunter will get a slice of new government funding to boost the number of local homes.
The Federal Government has made a deal with the Greens to pour 10 billion dollars into the sector to help address the housing crisis across the country.
HIA Hunter Executive Director Craig Jennion said there should be some money on offer for the Upper Hunter.
