Entries have opened for the 2026 NSW Sommelier’s Wine List Awards, with restaurants, bars, pubs, hotels and clubs across the Hunter encouraged to take part. The awards celebrate venues that demonstrate a strong commitment to NSW wine producers through thoughtful and well‑balanced wine lists.
The awards are free to enter, with two dedicated categories for Regional NSW: one for venues with fewer than 60 seats and one for those with 60 seats or more. In total, seven categories will be judged, with one venue to be named the 2026 NSW Sommelier’s Wine List of the Year.
Organisers say they are looking for venues that not only stock NSW wines, but tell the stories behind the state’s producers and regions. The winner announcements will take place in June.
Entries close on 15 April and can be submitted via the NSW Wine website.
