The man accused of helping dump the body of murdered Muswellbrook mother Carly McBride will face his third trial next year.
32-year-old James Anthony Cunneen is also alleged to have lied to police to protect her killer.
The third trial will come more than a decade after the killing in 2014.

Cunneen was found guilty in 2022 but successfully appealed the verdict last month and was released on bail.
