Upper Hunter Shire Councillor Elizabeth Flaherty has confirmed she has been and is the subject of multiple code of conduct investigations.
It was revealed earlier this week that the council had racked up an 18-thousand dollar legal bill on investigations.
Councillor Flaherty said she is not able to talk about any of the specifics at the moment.

The revelation came after the councillor requested access to the ordinary monthly meeting on Monday night via Zoom after being stuck in Sydney with car trouble.
This was denied by the Mayor Maurice Collison. Council then passed a motion to not pay councillors if they are a no show.
