The Federal Government said it will do all it can to ensure the rebuild of the Merriwa to Willow Tree road is not a failure again.
MR358 has been closed for the past three years since previous repairs by Upper Hunter Shire Council gave way creating a massive road collapse.
This time around the $50-million-dollar project will be managed by Transport for New South Wales.
