The SES flood warning for Bulga and surrounds has been lowered to a Monitor Conditions alert.
It comes as Riverine flooding is no longer occurring along the Hunter River at the town, however floodwater may still be present in localised low-lying areas as it recedes.

Further rainfall is forecast across the catchment from Tuesday into Wednesday, which may cause some renewed river level rises.
The latest update from the Bureau shows a rise in the Hunter River at Aberdeen, Muswellbrook, Singleton and Greta.
