A man from Hunterview has been arrested over the lighting of two fires in Singleton in recent days.
The 23-year-old was taken to Singleton Police Station and charged with two counts of intentionally cause fire and be reckless as to it to spread.
The first fire was lit at Rose Point Park on Friday afternoon. The second 24 hours later in Sewerage Works Lane.

Joanne Elliott from Police Media said he’s been granted conditional bail to front court next month.
