FREE MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID TRAINING 🧠

Thanks to the support of our incredible funding partners, Upper Hunter Where there’s a Will is proud to offer FREE accredited Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training to community members during Upper Hunter Wellbeing Week.

Whether you’re a manager, teacher, coach, volunteer, parent or simply someone who wants to be better equipped to support the people around you, MHFA provides practical, evidence-based skills to recognise the signs of mental health problems, respond with confidence and connect people with appropriate support.

Our goal is to build a growing network of Mental Health First Aiders across the Upper Hunter creating communities where people feel more confident to have conversations, offer support and look out for one another.

Please note: For the Muswellbrook blended course, the online component must be completed no later than Tuesday 27 October 2026.
