24 Hours of Heroes

On the 26th of April CrossFit Muswellbrook will be hosting the Annual 24 hour of Heroes event.  We will have 6 teams of 6 athletes running through various workouts to raise money for Wounded Heroes Australia.  Wounded Heroes supports our veterans and their families who are struggling financially and emotionally.  All money raised on the day goes directly to Wounded Heroes.
