Your Key Responsibilities:
As a Support Worker, you will play an important role in supporting participants to achieve their goals and live life on their terms. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting participants to work towards and achieve their personal goals
- Coordinating and supervising both individual and group activities
- Providing transportation to and from services, appointments, and community events
- Encouraging community engagement and building meaningful social connections
- Promoting independent decision-making, choice, and self-empowerment
- Delivering support in line with person-centred care principles and best practices

Skills Required
What We're Looking For: Teamwork skills and the ability to work independently with clients. The ability to build meaningful connections with diverse participants. A proactive, energetic, and committed approach. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to work weekends and outside standard hours. Requirements: A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle (essential). A valid First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain). A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain). An NDIS Worker Screening Check (or eligibility to obtain). Experience is a plus but not required. what matters most is your enthusiasm, passion, and dedication, and we provide paid training to help you succeed.
