Rotary Free men’s health checks
10-Minute Health Check Could Save Your Life
The Rotary Club of Muswellbrook is proud to bring the Men’s Health Education Rural Van (mherv) to our community.
For more than six years, the Rotary Men’s Health Education Rural Van has travelled throughout regional and rural NSW, providing free health checks and helping to identify serious health concerns before they become life-threatening.
Why Get Checked?
Many people live with high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol, or high blood sugar levels without any obvious symptoms. Often these conditions go unnoticed until a heart attack, stroke, or other serious health event occurs.
A quick health check with mherv can provide valuable insights into your health and help identify potential risks early.
What to Expect
✅ Free blood pressure check
✅ Free blood sugar screening
✅ Free cholesterol screening
✅ Confidential consultation with a Registered Nurse
✅ Friendly, relaxed, and private environment inside the mobile health van
Open to Everyone
While the program was originally developed to encourage men to take a more proactive approach to their health, everyone is welcome. No appointments are necessary.
Helping Save Local Lives
The mherv program is operated by the Rotary Club of Warners Bay in partnership with Rotary clubs and community organisations across NSW. The project has already helped improve health outcomes and potentially save lives throughout regional communities.
Don’t put your health off any longer.
Just 10 minutes today could make all the difference tomorrow.
