What we need from you: To be successful in this role, you need to be an organised and detail-focused professional who values accuracy, confidentiality, and great service. You’re comfortable managing competing priorities, working autonomously, and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders. You’ll bring: - Qualifications in Records Management, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience - Sound judgement, initiative, and strong problem-solving skills - Clear written and verbal communication skills - The ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong time management, organisation, and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems - A customer-focused approach - A current unrestricted driver’s licence. - Experience with Content Manager (or similar), knowledge of records-related legislation, training delivery experience, and/or local government exposure, highly desirable.
