The driver of the bus that crashed at Greta on the June Long Weekend killing ten people has been formally charged with another 52 offences.
58-year-old Brett Andrew Button was hit with more charges while appearing in Newcastle Local Court yesterday.
They include nine counts of negligent driving (occasioning death) and nine of dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm – drive manner dangerous.
