Firefighters are at the scene of a car fire in Muswellbrook.
The alarm was raised around 7am with Fire and Rescue NSW responding one truck from Muswellbrook Station.
The Rural Fire Service has also been called on to provide back up.

The car was well alight when the crew arrived in Tindale Street.
Nearby residents have been evacuated as a precaution.
