A former Muswellbrook Police officer will be sentenced next month after admitting stalking and intimidating a random teenage girl at a Singleton fast food restaurant.
28 year old Aaron Paul Townsend appeared in Singleton Local Court yesterday where he pleaded guilty to three counts of accessing or modifying restricted data held in a computer and one count of stalking or intimidating intending fear physical harm.
The original offence occurred in December last year.
The Telegraph reports prosecutors withdrew one count of common assault yesterday after asking in June for the court to withdraw and dismiss one count each of inciting other to do sexual act with them without consent and behaving in offensive manner in or near a public place or school.
