We are seeking a casual Beauty Therapist to join the team at Elysia Wellness Retreat, to provide quality and superior customer service to all clients, to ensure the entire Spa experience exceeds expectations

Responsibilities
Perform all beauty, body and massage treatments as required
Promote products to guests to assist with retail sales
Assist in meeting sales targets for treatments and retail sales
Maintain a strong knowledge of all beauty and body treatments and massage treatments as required and daily operations to ensure a high level of service is maintained
Assist guests with all beauty treatment related queries
Recognise opportunities; driving visitation, spending and revenue growth; identification of client experience initiatives that lead to greater profitability, client satisfaction and growth

Skill Required

Diploma in Beauty Therapy or working towards obtaining a diploma
Availability to work an array of shifts, including one weekend day each weekend
Impeccable grooming and presentation
Excellent time management skills & ability to adapt & personalise treatments to guest's concerns
Ability to remain calm and agile under pressure
Initiative as well as a proactive and positive team attitude to ensure operations run smoothly
Experience within a Hotel/Resort Spa environment is an advantage
Must be available to work weekends
