Muswellbrook Race Club is seeking an Events &, Bar Manager in the beautiful Hunter Valley, to assist with race days and external events such as Weddings, Birthday's and Corporate functions in their magnificent Silks Function Centre that overlooks the beautiful country racecourse.
Our pristine gardens have hosted numerous weddings due to their beautiful surroundings.
We are also in the process of building a new $4.2M Multi-Purpose Function Center, so there is a great future for further events at our great Venue, and growth in your career, as the business is in a growth phase.
We are seeking a customer orientated manager, who has some event experience and can attain or has an RSA Licence .We seeking an individual that can offer our customers that superior customer service.

Skill Required

1.Manage functions across the event portfolio .
2.Manage and Supervise Bar Staff at our two main bars.
3. Review, influence and implement policies and procedures and business systems. Order all beverages and deal directly with the suppliers. Manage stock and improve operating principles .
4. Use data, results and experiences to continuously review our events and systems and implement innovative new offerings.
5. Actively participate and engage with and within your new team. You are encouraged to learn, self develop and contribute to the overall team dynamics.
6. We are looking for a good leader of people to take our Bars and Events to a new level in the Hunter Valley in a friendly easy going work environment, that balances work and home life. We seeking a customer leader.
