Kanye West says 'Watch the Throne 2' is "coming soon"

Kanye West’s Twitter account is usually red-hot mess of Kanye-esque musings but every now and then he drops small but highly significant nuggets of knowledge.

Over the weekend, sandwiched among an array of tweets from a wedding Kanye attended over the weekend was a hint that Watch the Throne 2 is on the way, assumedly the sequel to 2011’s Watch the Throne.

Watch the Throne is Kanye’s smash hit joint album with Jay-Z and is mostly known for ‘Ni**as In Paris’, ‘No Church in the Wild’ and ‘Otis’. It debuted at No.1 on the Billboard Top 200 and remained there for over a year, spending sixty-two weeks on the chart.

This revelation comes as a shock to pretty much everyone as no one thought there ever be a sequel considering the now notorious beef between Jay Z and Kanye. West even declared “there would never be a Watch the Throne 2″ during his 2016 Saint Pablo Tour.

We’ve got to take this news with a grain of salt though – Kanye also seemed to reiterate his intent to run for US president in 2024.
