Police are investigating after a stabbing in Singleton yesterday.
About 2.20pm on Monday 6 March 2017, police were called to a caravan park on Carrington Street, Glenridding, following reports of a stabbing.
Officers from Hunter Valley Local Area Command attended and found a 27-year-old man had stab wounds to his torso.
Emergency services attended and treated man. The CareFlight helicopter was tasked and took the man to John Hunter Hospital for further treatment. He remains there in a stable condition.
Inquiries into the incident are continuing.
